Nicole Howard is a Development Manager at Belpointe working closely with Eric Fenton on all development activities in Florida. Nicole brings over ten years of experience with new development and renovations working closely with construction and property management throughout the process.

Prior to joining Belpointe, Nicole was with Strategic Property Partners as a Development Analyst working on the iconic Water Street Tampa development.
