Vincent Prisco is the Chief Accounting Officer at Belpointe, where he oversees all accounting functions across the organization. He brings 18 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on the real estate sector, including both commercial and multifamily properties. Before joining Belpointe, Vincent served as Accounting Manager at W.P. Carey, where he specialized in fund-level reporting, US GAAP accounting for complex real estate transactions, and the review of property-level financial statements. Earlier in his career, he held roles as a Property Accountant at Lefrak Organization and Brixmor Property Group, further deepening his expertise in real estate accounting. Vincent earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University.
